Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, and who sees it. Last updated 05/11/2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Easydrape, 50 Victoria Avenue, Palmerston North, New Zealand. Contact us on 06 355 5590 or [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect what you type in:
- your name
- your phone number or email
- your town or city
- what you are after and anything else you tell us
- for the partner form, your company name
The form also records the page you sent it from, including any campaign tags in the web address, so we know where the enquiry came from.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your measure and quote. Where an enquiry is for a local agent, we pass your details to that agent so they can contact you. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Who handles your details
- Easydrape staff and the local agent for your area.
- Formspree, the service that takes form submissions and emails them to us.
- DigitalOcean hosts this website, and Cloudflare manages its address.
- OpenStreetMap supplies the map tiles on the contact page. Your browser asks their servers for those tiles, so they receive your IP address.
- The fabric selector on the Our Fabrics page is hosted at embed.easydrape.co.nz.
Some of these services store data outside New Zealand.
